HUNT TERMS & CONDITIONS
Please contact us if you have any questions about booking a hunt
Booking the Hunt:
- All fees are in US dollars
- 50% deposit is required to book any hunt
- Deposits and payments for hunts: 50% of the hunt is Due upon booking and is non-refundable.
- Final payment of your hunt is due April 1st
- The cost of hunt is fixed, no refunds if hunter tags out early or leaves early for any reason.
- We highly recommend hunt insurance to cover your deposit and hunt cost. Check with your travel agent or Insurance company
Hunts Include:
- Hunting license and tags
- Pick up at nearest airport Ft. McMurray or Edmonton and back
- Transportation during hunt
- Food and accommodations during the hunt
- Licensed guide
- Trophy care
